Our pilots are all Part 61 and 107 certified and have updated all their certifications. The new rules that were effective 21 April 2021, have cleared up some issues of flights over people and night qualifications that UAS pilots have been trying to modify since 2019. The flight over people has never affected out operations but does define requirements to fly over the assembly of crowds but still requires the assembly to be aware of drone operations. It still has not covered the delivery or drone operations for delivery of packages which again we have not gotten into because it has nothing to do with our operations. The issue with night flying does affect our service in other ways not pertaining to the oil and gas industry and we’ve maintained out qualifications and will continue to stay eligible for night flying with our drones.
