Due Diligence (DD) Issues

During the DD process in the purchase of new assets, be aware that since 2017 all methane gas assets should have had at least one Quad Oa compliance inspection and a report provide electronically to the EPA. These reports are required to be saved for 5 years and be available at the office of the selling company and will be required to be maintained by the purchasing company. For the small to midsize operators this is a service provided by our company and we maintain cloud based copies of all these reports for your company.
