Keeping up with CEDRI reporting all Operators/ Owners need to be aware of this NEW REQUIREMENT.

Implemented Crude Oil and Natural Gas Facilities for which Construction, Modification, or Reconstruction Commenced after 9/18/2015 (60, subpart OOOOa) 60.5420a(b) Annual Report (Version 3.00) in CEDRI (April 8, 2021)

• NOTE: As required by 40 CFR 60.5420a(b)(11), beginning on July 7, 2021, all owners and operators must submit their annual reports through CEDRI using this reporting template.
